Scheduling is easy!

Before we begin, we'll explain some of the rules and tools for driving in Japan for your reference, as well as some examples of our past itineraries to make your trip smoother.

All you need to do is answer the following 3 questions:

Planning to drive for a few days?

If you're planning to see a lot of different attractions, give yourself a little more time. On a road trip along general roads, eating and sightseeing as you go, it is generally more comfortable to stay within about 100 to 150 kilometres per day, though it also depends on the type of bike. The number of days also directly affects your trip budget.

How is the budget calculated?

The budget basically includes the rent for the motorcycle itself, fuel, highway costs, food, accommodation and parking. For fuel, regular gasoline in Japan is around 160 yen per litre; use Google Maps to estimate your riding distance before calculating.

How is the route planned?

First ask yourself and your companions which attractions are must-sees on this trip. These spots can be a famous scenic road, a hot-spring town, or a World Heritage Site.
